The plant is a professional plant that manufactures etched foil and formed foil for Aluminium electrolytic capacitor. It is a legal person belonging to Beijing Radio Elements Factory No.10.

Since importing the facilities of Aluminium foil for electrolytic capacitor from Japan in the 1980's, the plant has a history of more than 10 years. During the period, it has reformed its technologies, added new technicians, and increased its manufacture facilities for many times. For now the plant has become one of the main supplier of Low Voltage Formed Foil in China, whose products have been chosen by many domestic electrolytic capacitor manufacturers, and at the same time the products gain good reputations for its quality from the users.
