北京市无线电元件十厂是国家于1970年支持兴建的生产铝电解电容器和电解电容器用电极箔的专业工厂。按照北京市政府的统筹安排，于2005年秋天从市内整体迁移到位于顺义区的新厂址，这里毗邻首都国际机场，地理位置优越，交通便利，厂区环境优美。整体迁移为企业加速发展注入了新的动力。

Introduces
Beijing Radio Elements Factory No.10 is established in 1970. It is a specialized factory which produces the Al electrolytic capacitor and the electrode foil for electrolytic capacitor. According to Beijing government's overall arrangement, the factory migrates from urban district to Shunyi district in the fall of 2005. The new factory abuts Beijing Capital International Airport, and it has the superior location, convenient traffic and exquisite environment. This migration joins new power for accelerating the factory's development.
For more than 30 years, the factory has been taking "development innovation, diligently enterprising" as its spirit. After the factory took the lead in importing Al electrolytic capacitor production technology and the equipment in 1980 and electrode foil production line in 1987 from Japan, the factory had done the technological transformations, updated and expanded the producing equipments, promoted technological level, powered the technical force and adjusted product structure for several times. It has been doing researches and developments on new productions since. Now the factory is the mainstay corporation which producing electrolytic capacitor and the electrode foil in China.
At present，the factory already has perfect producing techniques and quality control system and also has good product quality examination methods. The factory products are stable and credible, and they are highly praised by broad customers.
